Prices
Our prices contain all taxes and all other additional expenses, like electricity, heating and gas. For additional services, like special laundry, repeated cleaning or a computer with internet access an amount will be charged according to the length of your stay. In case of damage in the apartment, which does not occur in the context of a normal wear, the guest will be held responsible and also agrees to pay for the arising damage, also after departure. With assignment of the PC 10Euro are charged per day and 500Euro are required as a deposit. Discounts: for a longer stay than 3 weeks, the management will offer a reduction by request. Guests agree to be held responsable for any damage to the apartment which may occur during their stay. The prices are valid until 31th of december 2008

Pre-payment & accounting
In order to guarantee your reservation, we need a credit card number to secure the booking. If you do not possess (an internationally valid) credit card, or you do not like us to access the data of your credit card, the reservation can be guaranted by a bank transfer or a cheque. This pre-payment (25%) must take place at least 4 weeks before arrival. The remaining 75% has to be paid on the day of arrival in cash.

Children

Age from 0 to 1 years: they stay for free in the room of the parents

Age from 1 to 5 years: 10 € for each child in the room of the parents

Age from 5 to 6 years: 15 € for each child in the room of the parents

Cancellation conditions
No cancellation fee until 14 nights before the arrival. Less than 14 nights before arrival two nights are charged . Regarding a cancellation less than 4 nights before arrival the entire booking amount is charged..

Special cancellation conditions
These conditions apply to special events like Christmas, New Year, Easter Holidays and exeptional events (e.g. Congresses) etc. and will separately be announced with individual reservation confirmations.
